About Sharon

Sharon Kozuch is a licensed psychotherapist with a private practice serving clients in Massachusetts and Pennsylvania. As a seasoned leader, entrepreneur, psychotherapist, certified coach, and neuroscience geek, I understand that learning, healing, and growth not only around a mindset shift but also incorporating a mind-body approach or therapeutic modality is needed to experience the transformation you seek in both your professional and personal life. Along with her psychotherapy private practice, Sharon holds several certifications, leadership, and training experience in the corporate and non-profit sectors including Higher Education and Healthcare, over the past 25+ years.
Sharon’s approach is intuitive, curious, and engaging, yet interactive with a practical edge supporting individuals and groups who are; motivated to increase self-awareness to develop strategies to move beyond their perceived limitations and self-defeating behavioral patterns to reach their goals. Her approach in working with her clients starts with building trust, and gaining clarity and focus while leveraging strengths and core values. She integrates traditional therapies including cognitive reframing, and awareness of our nervous system and how it informs our physiological state that drives behavior, with somatic therapy, a mind-body approach using breathing techniques, mindfulness exercises, stress reduction tools, and specific mind-body interventions.
Sharon serves clients experiencing anxiety, relationship and work conflict, life transitions, communication issues, stress, fear and overwhelm, sleep disruption, and depression. Her particular interest in working with motivated individuals and groups at pivotal points in their personal lives and careers during the transition process. She engages in the transition process by analyzing and assessing the current pain point, deepening insights, and challenging belief systems and assumptions to encourage lasting change in a supportive way.
