My approach is working with both traditional talk therapy by looking at unconscious and complex patterns, bringing them into awareness to transform automatic behavioral stress reactions. If appropriate, engage in a mind-body approach using breathing techniques, mindfulness exercises, and specific mind-body interventions. As we work together, you may start to notice a renewed sense of balance and connection within yourself—experience relief from the weighted tension you’ve been carrying. By engaging in this process with with curiosity and openness, awareness and “aha” moments provide you with the space to see what’s possible for you.

Letting go of what no longer serves you is the first step toward meaningful transformation. In doing so, you invite in healing, relief, and cultivate an inner strength that carries you forward with clarity, ease, and resilience that lasts.
